The Port Street Beer House offers one of the best selections of beer in Manchester with a huge selection of cask, keg and bottled beers from around the UK and beyond.
Expect to find 7 cask ales, a dozen or so beers on keg and two large fridges filled with impressive beers from around the world.

The Lamb and Fox is a small pub located on the top of a mountain in south Wales. The pub was once located in a thriving village that had over 300 residents but today, only the pub and a Welfare Hall remain.
Turf Tavern, Oxford

A contender for the oldest pub in Oxford, the Turf Tavern is tucked away by the city walls and is a must visit.
Owned by Greene King, the pub surprisingly sells around 10 different ales from breweries around the country.

The Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival is the biggest beer festival in Wales and is held annually in the nation’s capital, Cardiff.
This year’s festival was the best yet with all beer, cider and perry being drank before the festival was due to officially end.
Crown and Kettle, Manchester

The Crown and Kettle is a 19th century Grade-II listed pub located in the Northern Quarter of the city. The interior contains a very interesting ceiling.
Four ales are usually available at this Good Beer Guide listed pubs and you are likely to find beers from local breweries.
Micro Bar, Manchester

Perhaps the smallest ‘pub’ in Manchester, the aptly named Micro Bar is located in a stall in the food section of Arndale Shopping Centre.
Owned by the Manchester based Boggart Brewery, three ales are usually available and there is also a small bottled beer shop.
The Hope, London

The Hope is a Victorian pub located in the heart of Smithfield, just across the road from the famous meat market.
The pub is known for it’s large breakfasts containing meat from Smithfield Market. Three real ales are usually available including 2 from the Young’s brewery.

The Brewery Tap is the home of Spitting Feathers, a Chester based brewery established in 2005.
The pub is located in the Grade-II* listed Gamul House, a Jacobean hall that dates back to the early 16th century.
There are are always 7 ales available from both the Spitting Feathers brewery and other small breweries from around the UK.
