A Guide To Real Ale in London WC1 and WC2
Posted on 21. Nov, 2011 by Robert Gale in Books

Whilst they quite often cover the best that London has to offer, there are little gems that for some reason don’t make the mainstream guides. A Guide to Real Ale in London WC1 and WC2 aims to cover all pubs in those two post codes that serve real ale.
About The Book
Separated into each respective Post Code, the book lists 134 pubs alphabetically with some including photographs. Each review includes all the essential information and includes the beers that you are most likely to find there. Whilst this can never be accurate, it’s always useful.
The summary associated with each pub is succinct and summarises the history of the pub along with what you expect when visiting.
Purchasing the Book
The book features 134 different pubs in a small A5 book that costs just £2.50. It is published by the North and West London CAMRA branch you can either pick up from a selection of pubs featured in the book (I purchased my copy from The Lamb on Lambu’s Conduit Street) or you can purchase directly from the CAMRA bookshop.
